Three names.
One daily jar.

Look beneath the TrueMyco name. The label reads “with chaga, cordyceps & lion’s mane.”

Those three mushroom extracts join seven organic microgreens grown at our Scottsdale farm.

What is inside

Broccoli, kale, red acre cabbage, rambo radish, arugula, pea tendrils and Detroit dark red beet. Plus lion’s mane, cordyceps and chaga extracts.

Our greens are grown and harvested in-house. The mushroom extracts are sourced from Mycolove Farm.

Half a teaspoon, into whatever is already on the menu. A mild, grassy note. A bright green color.

How to use

One scoop. Five honest ways.

Half a teaspoon a day. Best before training, or stirred into the morning coffee. Five ways below. One Family jar holds 120 of those scoops, so the whole house can share it.

Green powder stirred into a glass of water
01

Pre-workout shot

Heaping teaspoon in a small glass of water. The cordyceps version of a warmup. Most popular use in the line.

Green powder on a wooden spoon
02

Under the tongue

Powder straight under the tongue, hold for a minute. Fastest path in. Lion's Mane lovers swear by this one.

Matcha in a ceramic cup with a spoon of green powder
03

In coffee or matcha

Stir into the morning cup. Mushrooms pair naturally. Earthy, grounded, no clash with caffeine.

Pasta with a light dusting of green powder
04

Stirred into dinner

Pasta sauce, dressing, soup, marinade. A mild earthy note that settles right into savory cooking.

Avocado toast and eggs with green powder
05

On top of anything

Tacos, eggs, avocado toast, grain bowls. Sprinkle and stir. A mild, grassy note, and it's doing the work.

Serving temperature

How heat affects your jar

The simple rule: warm, not scalding. If a drink is too hot to sip comfortably, let it cool a minute before stirring the powder in.

  • Under 120°F
    49°C
    Excellent - full nutrient retention
  • 120 to 140°F
    49 to 60°C
Very good - preferred for warm drinks

From cut to jar

The whole chain happens in one Scottsdale building.

  1. 01 · Day 0

    Seed.

Organic, non-GMO seed lots in our Scottsdale grow rooms. Purified water, purified air, no pesticides.

  2. 02 · Day 7 to 14

    Peak harvest.

Cut by hand at the moment vitamin density peaks. Days early or late and the curve drops off.

  3. 03 · Within hours

    Freeze-dried at –40 °C.

Cold preserves up to 98% of nutrients. Industry spray-drying at 150 °C destroys 40 to 60%.

  4. 04 · Same building

    Sealed in jars.

Powdered, weighed, sealed, and shipped from the same Scottsdale facility the seeds went into.
