The 40× figure compares peak-harvest microgreens to the same plants at full maturity, drawn from a peer-reviewed study co-authored by USDA Agricultural Research Service scientists (Xiao, Lester, Luo, Wang, J. Agric. Food Chem. 2012, 60, 7644–7651. funded by USDA-ARS Project 1265-43440-004-00).
The 98% retention figure refers to nutrient preservation under freeze-drying at −40°C versus spray-drying at 150°C, where industry studies show 40 to 60% nutrient loss.
ORAC measures Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity, the standard test of total antioxidant power. The 1,605,600 figure is from independent third-party assay (AzLab) of finished TrueMyco. We label each batch with its lot information so you can trace what’s in your jar.
