Cellular Guardian Blend

Cellular Guardian Blend is a mix of tasty and nutritious microgreens found in the Brassicaceae family, with the goal of creating a defense to outside pollutants that enter our body.  In addition, these microgreens have been shown to help at the cellular level for people that have certain types of active cancer.  

Broccoli:  Broccoli microgreens are known for their high concentration of sulforaphane, a compound that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells, and promoting detoxification processes in the body.

Radish:  Rich in glucosinates, which are known to possess anti-cancer properties and may help protect against certain types of cancers, including those of the lung, breast, colon, and prostate. Isothiocyanates are believed to exert their anticancer effects through mechanisms such as inhibiting tumor growth, inducing apoptosis (cell death), and detoxifying carcinogens

Kale:  Kale's antioxidants, particularly lutein and zeaxanthin, possess anti-cancer properties. They help neutralize free radicals, reduce oxidative stress, and protect cells from DNA damage, potentially lowering the risk of cancer development.

Mustard: Isothiocyanates derived from glucosinolates in mustard greens have been associated with anti-cancer effects. They can interfere with cancer cell growth, induce apoptosis (programmed cell death), and inhibit the formation of new blood vessels that supply tumors.

Kohlrabi:  Kohlrabi is a good source of fiber, vitamins C and B6, potassium, and several phytochemicals like glucosinolates and isothiocyanates.  The glucosinolates in kohlrabi are converted into isothiocyanates, which have been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. These compounds also possess anti-inflammatory properties and can help support the body's natural defense mechanisms against cancer.
